Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe, SAN, FCIArb(UK), has send a congratulatory message to G.H. Umaru, Esq., and members of the newly elected executive committee of the NBA Dutse Branch.
