The suit filed by the Committee on behalf of Ernest Chukwuemeka Okpaka is seeking damages against the IGP, the Nigerian Police and the AGF for the unlawful detention and inhuman treatment by Police Officers attached to the Police Cyber Crime Center , Abuja.
The matter is coming up before Federal High Court 11, Abuja, precided over by Justice Suleiman Liman
The matter is slated for the 7th of May, 2025.
