Happy international women’s Day celebration.
Today International Federation of Female lawyers (FIDA) led by The secretary to the Benue state Government Bar Deaconess Deborah Serumun Aber and the Chairperson FIDA Benue Blessing Ityohuun Esq Celebrated women all over the world. This celebration was done in collaboration with other Professional bodies, NGO’s Groups and Associations.
The chairperson in her remark mentioned that Women are vital to the society in contributing significantly to families, communities and their empowerment are crucial for sustainable development
Today FIDA Benue Branch says NO to inhumane and unconstitutional practices such as:
Discriminations
Sexual violence
Women torture
Female Gender multilation
Child labor.
FIDA celebrates women who are making sure that society becomes a better place and women putting in so much effort to support homes.
She equally celebrates heroines who have gone beyond and those who died without eating the fruit of their labour.
The world needs more educated, confident and kind hearted women.
Women should keep believing in themselves because they are capable of greatness.
