I Barr. Maurice Oru Ebam human rights lawyer and a Leader of the Hunger Dey Protest that was staged on the 8th of July, 2024 is withdrawing from the scheduled plan protest to hold 1st of August to 10th of August, 2014.
This due to the apparent sinister motives of violence.
This planned nation wide protests has a violent undertone hence I am calling on Nigerians in the FCT to redraw from participating in the scheduled planned protests.
I am having serious concerns that some
individuals are promoting the so called peaceful protests with violent undertones which has raised my concerns about the sincerity of the planned protests.
I believe in the progress of our nation and I strongly believe that they are alternative means of we Nigerian citizens airing our grievances.
May Nigeria succeed.
