Can an ADOPTED son/ daughter marry the biological daughter/son of the same family he/she is adopted into?

Section 147 of the CHILD RIGHTS ACT, LFN, 2004 prohibits that. A natural child cannot marry an adopted child, neither can an adopter (parent) marry his her adopted child.
The punishment upon convicted is 14 years imprisonment.
SECTION 147(1)(2) provides thus:
•G) A marriage between a person who has adopted a child under this Act or a natural child of the person who adopted the child and the adopted child is hereby prohibited and any of such marriage shall be null and void.
(a) A person who marries an adopted child in
violation of subsection (t) of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding fourteen years.
