TRIBUTE TO LATE ZAKARIYA ALIYU LIBATA, ESQ.

It is with a profound sense of loss and yet gratitude to Allah whose will in our lives we cannot question that, I write to condole with the Usmanu Danfodio University Law Class of 2014, Nigerian Bar Association Bauchi Branch and people of Bauchi and New Bussa of Niger State on the death of our late Colleague after a long life of faith, duty and service.

Late Z. A. Libata, Esq., was the kindest, talented, hardworking, loveliest, most selfless person I ever meet and he was brave, funny and always there for anyone who needed his help.

Anyone who was lucky enough to meet with late Libata knew that he was a hero as he has the best sense of humor and never took life too seriously and he treasured every moment and always had smile on his face.

Late Z. A. Libata, Esq., been versatile in Islamic Personal Law and a pillar of strength to everyone he met, always fix absolutely anything and took time to offer help to those consulted him wholeheartedly.

I met late Z. A. Libata, Esq., in Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto, he was my immediate senior but we were so close as my mentor whose always thought me Laws after lectures and helped me with my assignments and paper presentation.

Coincidentally, Late Libata found himself in My Dearly State Bauchi for his National Youth Service (NYSC) after that find it worthy to proceeds with his legal carrier therein positively.

It is with the greatest sorrow and sadness that we mourn the passing away of great Bar-Man and a hardworking Lawyer.

May the light of Allah always be with you in your grave Sir, surely Paradise would be your final abode Z. A. Libata, Esq.
